"Initially, I took on the challenge of mixing the film myself, but it didn't quite hit the mark. Alex went out of his way to capture perfect sounds, like getting the exact right tick for an old clock (crazy story about the clock). Plus, his input on how to use sound and music really enhanced the whole story. I can't stress how important good sound is for your film. The difference was night and day."
